1. Return Eligibility You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products (items with a name or number)
3. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item
- Your order number
We will replace or refund your item at no extra cost to you.

- Contact your credit card company , it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank , processing time may vary
