Orders take 1 to 2 business days to prepare and personalise, then 8 to 12 business days for international delivery (12 to 14 business days total). Customers receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
Yes. Orders go through 1 to 2 business days of preparation before the courier collects them. Tracking is sent automatically at that point.

Carrier could not complete delivery. Check notification for collection point or redelivery, contact carrier directly. Email info@freepltn.com for help. Packages held 7 to 15 days before return.
Check mailbox, neighbours, safe-drop spots. If not found, email info@freepltn.com with order number for proof of delivery.
Outside our control. Brazil, Mexico and Australia may require tax ID or import fee payment.
Shipping address
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at info@freepltn.com with your order number and the correct address. Once it has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
