Timing and tracking

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 1 to 2 business days to prepare and personalise, then 8 to 12 business days for international delivery (12 to 14 business days total). Customers receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

I ordered a few days ago and have not received a tracking number yet. Is that normal?

Yes. Orders go through 1 to 2 business days of preparation before the courier collects them. Tracking is sent automatically at that point.

My tracking has not updated in several days. Where is my order?

Normal during international transit. Gaps of 3 to 7 days are expected while clearing customs. If no movement after 5 business days, contact info@freepltn.com.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Depends on country. Common carriers: Cainiao, UniUni, USPS, Royal Mail, Colissimo.

Delivery issues

I received a delivery exception notification. What should I do?

Carrier could not complete delivery. Check notification for collection point or redelivery, contact carrier directly. Email info@freepltn.com for help. Packages held 7 to 15 days before return.

The tracking says delivered but I have not received it.

Check mailbox, neighbours, safe-drop spots. If not found, email info@freepltn.com with order number for proof of delivery.

My order is delayed because of customs. What can I do?

Outside our control. Brazil, Mexico and Australia may require tax ID or import fee payment.

Shipping address

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you fix it?

Yes, if your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at info@freepltn.com with your order number and the correct address. Once it has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

The checkout did not let me add an apartment number.

Email info@freepltn.com right after ordering and we will update the label before dispatch.

Can I get my jersey in time for the World Cup match?

Order at least 3 weeks before the match. Total delivery is 10 to 16 business days.
